Bolt anchor FAZ II Classic

The fischer bolt anchor FAZ II Classic is the cost-efficient fixing solution for strong load performance in cracked concrete. With the FAZ II Classic, the acting loads are safely transferred into the substrate. Thanks to the two anchorage depths combined with the simple installation, the steel anchor can be used particularly flexibly. The steel anchor is ideal for anchoring façade elements, railings, cable trays and high-bay racking systems, for example.

Advantages

The ETA approval Option 1 and fire resistance approval R120 in cracked and non-cracked concrete ensure a high quality standard and enable all safety-relevant applications.
The full range M8-M16 in zinc plated and stainless steel allows a wide field of indoor and outdoor applications.
Thanks to the seismic approval (C1 and C2), the anchors can also be used safely in earthquake zones.
The short version is particularly suitable for avoiding reinforcement hits due to the low anchoring depth.
Quick and easy installation is possible with the help of the FA-ST II setting tool.
The two possible anchorage depths offer more flexibility in the application.

Functionality

The FAZ II Classic is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation.
When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion sleeve and expands it against the drill hole wall.
The anchor is set in line with the approval once the preset installation torque is achieved.
In the case of series installation, we recommend using the FABS or FA-ST II anchor bolt setting tools.
In case of seismic demands, the annular gap must be filled using the filling disc FFD.
