Bolt anchor FAZ II GS

Economic fixing for cracked concrete with large washer

The fischer bolt anchor FAZ II GS with its large washer is the ideal bolt anchor for the highest requirements. With the steel anchor made from zinc-plated and stainless steel, heavy loads are secured in cracked and non-cracked concrete. The steel anchor with the large washer is perfect for securing steel components with slots, for example. Thanks to the two anchorage depths and the easy assembly process, the FAZ II GS can be used particularly flexibly. The tried-and-tested expansion clip introduces the loads into the concrete particularly safely, and enables a top load-bearing capacity.

Product Description

Advantages
  • The FAZ II GS with 8, 10 and 12 mm diameters are suitable for fixing steel fixtures with long holes thanks to the special washer, and help to reduce installation effort.
  • The significantly larger outer diameter of the washers for FAZ II 16 GS ensures a larger supporting surface, and as such allows for use in wood construction.
  • The pre-fitted washer ensures a fast installation.
  • Furthermore, the FAZ II GS bolt anchor offers all of the benefits of the FAZ II.

Functioning
  • The FAZ II GS is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation; also suitable for stand-off installation under certain conditions.
  • Prior to installation, place the hexagon nut in the optimal position (the drive-in pin projects by approx. 3 mm out of the hexagon nut).
  • When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and expands it against the drill hole wall.
  • The head embossing offers a simple control of the anchoring.
  • In the case of series installation, we recommend using the FABS bolt anchor setting tool.
