The fischer bolt anchor FAZ II HBS with its washer as per the wood construction standard DIN 1052 is the ideal steel anchor for the highest requirements. The anchor is made from zinc-plated and stainless steel and is perfect for the fixation of sills and beams. The large washer ensures even better force transfer. The international approvals guarantee maximum safety and the best performance. These approvals even cover use in earthquake zones (seismic C1 and C2). The ICC approval applies only for standard anchorage depths.
General design certification for anchorage in steel fiber concrete for the fischer bolt anchors FAZ II, FAZ II R and FAZ II HCR (diameter M6 - M24).

Functionality

The FAZ II HBS is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation and is also ideal for stand-off installations.
Before installation, place the hex nut and washer as per the wood construction standard into the optimum position.
When the torque is applied, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and expands it against the drill hole wall.
The anchor is set in accordance with the approval once the prescribed installation torque is achieved.
In the case of series installation, we recommend using the FABS or FA-ST II anchor bolt setting tools.
